a father, a mother, and an older sister.
however, her mother was an executive in a gang
and her sister was slated to inherit her position.
she learned early on in her childhood that loyalty is cheap
when her sister betrayed the family for a rival gang
who offered all the money her family's gang possessed.
(or maybe the authorities? also for money.)
in order to survive, she offers herself to the leader of the rival gang.
this is when she is branded, as proof of ownership.
relationship with Kilyan is testy
just because of their personalities and the nature of their positions.
Kilyan is fiercely loyal to those he deems worthy 
and also requires his job as a pirate to be shrouded in secrecy
(to avois being taken advantage of by authorities and other pirates).
Xyrra is an informant who will sell any secret for the right price.
founded Wakarial.
network was actually an extension of owner's gang in Kirboda,
but Xyrra broke off and used existing network to communicate information.
did this because she noticed the demand for accurate, quick communcation
and information about events in her area,
so she expanded the existing network to be able to provide.
largely based in Anthegol, Kirboda, and concentrated in Kirboda
(but also a few key placements in surrounding nations).

despises being under Xyrra.
was originally part of a different information network,
but it was absorbed/taken over by Wakarial.
now one of the executives in the Wakarial
(but Wakarial is considered to be led by Xyrra
because she officially founded it).
plans to eventually retire from Wakarial to have a family.
had an average kirbodan childhood.
got into information dealing because of the lure of fast money
and knew a friend who was also an informant.

Kirbod, Liyastin: original heir candidate, Rekoman's niece
used to have both of the twins as attendants,
now one of the (Ithupe?) served Kilyan.
like Kilyan, yearns for power, but presents herself as less certain.
is not 100% on board with Rekoman's methods,
but has still been raised from a young age
to hold traditional views.
however, i hope to use her as a sort of foil of Kilyan
and somewhat of a parallel for his downfall(?).
how does she serve as a foil or a parallel to Kilyan?
well, for one, she is the more widely accepted heir cnadidate.
she has she same desires as K
but is more likely to depend on tohers to achieve them.
although her sense of self (identity) is stronger than K's,
she's not as dominant in political spaces.
she's more introverted, introspective more like.
as she tries to assert herself more politically0,
she falls because she starts to wrong/disregard the people around her,
as K will ultimately lose to his wish to have power
in all aspects of his life (Kirboda, pirates, love),
forgetting the people he's wronged to get there.
her name is the same as the artist (Laxuiv Moxaria)
who crafted/created the symbol of Kirboda (the hands holding up the throne).
she is actually the one who provokes King Arluor into atacking,
but I'm not sure how.
I originally thought she insults him,
but that's no reason to spark a war.
perhaps she refuces to negotiate sharing resources with Anialea further,
thus making the king decide to just take them through war.
probaby somewhat like Sienna Argent, the Silver King in The Great Wish:
very sheltered but open to learning.

not sure this will ever be mentioned.
finds amusement in riling other up and confuring them.
actually has quite noble intentions
but does not mind using underhanded means to achive goals
(e.g. using Kilyan to gain control over heir).
not sure if she will die.
bad relationship with Rekoman.
does not particularly care about him in any way,
but Rekoman does not approve of her because of her commoner background.
was almost a vrabranil (member of international judgment council).
went to the Herancalt Academy (which is a source of envy for Rekoman,
who failed to be accepted)
but dropped out or graduated but never became vrabranil
due to wanting to stay in Kirboda.
retained enough popularity and repute to be elected and become royal advisor.
