Added two new message channels:

MSGCH_EXAMINE (examine surroundings in direct.cc), and
MSGCH_EXAMINE_FILTER (as above for "less important" cases)

The latter is filtered out of the message history (hence the name) and includes items/features out of sight and "Floor."
