Revert orange rats' being banned from "Summon Small Mammals" for good

god worshippers, as there should be a better way to do it. Besides, "Shadow Creatures" can summon friendly versions of evil creatures for good god worshippers as well, and maybe this can be properly fixed in a similar way.
