Fix [1946117]: Go back to the status quo for orc sorcerers. They get

the same spell list as in 0.3, and are marked as evil again. Also, orc wizards, by extension, are marked as evil again to avoid the problem with turning evil only upon experience gain. There should be a better way to make them both non-evil again eventually…
