#66 Changing profile picture doesn't work

The picture was updated when I checked 2 days later. It would be nice if the change was visible immediately.

Now the old picture is back :(
I tried changing the profile picture, by selecting a JPEG or PNG file in the profile page and clicking “Update”. The page was reloaded but nothing happened.
