Since the whole point of this project is online collaboration, I think the time displayed should either have a time zone or be converted to the user’s time zone. I was able to see this in this repo because of a change corresponding to a conversation on Zulip, and the times being an hour different. This is certain to happen in future, as collaboration can be global.
